Jessika is the Director of Conclusive Coordination and a highly experienced Support Coordinator with over six years in the disability sector. Her journey began as a support worker, which gave her invaluable hands-on experience and shaped her calm, practical, and client-first approach.
She has worked with people of all ages and supported a wide range of disability types, including psychosocial, neurological, and physical disabilities. Jessika has extensive experience across SIL, SDA, hospital discharges, mental health, and employment programs.
Known for her friendly, down-to-earth nature, Jessika brings warmth, honesty, and empowerment to every interaction. She is especially passionate about supporting young adults as they transition into independence—helping them build confidence, life skills, and meaningful futures.
Jessika’s approach is grounded in real connection, trust, and helping people take charge of their own journey.

Emma is a bubbly and experienced Senior Support Coordinator with over eight years in the disability sector. Starting her career as a support worker, she went on to manage SIL homes and day programs before stepping into Support Coordination, where she’s spent the last four years helping people navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence.
She has a strong passion for supporting individuals with complex physical disabilities, especially in SIL settings. Emma works closely with clients to complete Home and Living applications, implement SIL-funded plans, and provide ongoing coordination for those living in supported housing.
Emma brings a bright, positive energy to her work and is known for her warm, approachable nature. She builds strong, genuine relationships with the people she supports and creates a space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Amy is a calm, compassionate Support Coordinator with years of experience in community services, case management, and the disability sector. She brings a unique blend of lived experience, deep empathy, and professional expertise to her role, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs—including psychosocial disability, communication barriers, and complex physical conditions.
With a strong foundation in youth work, housing, and AOD, Amy has supported clients to access safe housing, health supports, and regain stability through challenging life circumstances. Her ability to stay grounded, patient, and thoughtful in high-pressure situations makes her a steady and reliable presence for the people she supports.
Amy is especially passionate about early intervention and helping children and families build a strong, consistent foundation of support. As a mum of two, she understands the importance of holistic, family-centred care and works hard to ensure each client feels heard, supported, and in control of their own journey.
Amy is proud to be part of a team that values connection, empowerment, and doing support differently.
